Attitudes Survey
Attitude Surveys:
This type of assessment is used to gauge the level of interest and the amount of "book" time a student has had in their life. Attitude surveys are considered to be formal and formative assessments. They are best given individually but can also be given in a very small group setting. Individual is better because children in Pre-k to first grade will copy each others answers if the assessment is given orally. Should take approximately five minutes to be given as to not completely loose the students interest. These assessments where found on renly.weeble.com and professorgarfield.org.
